I had purchased this black Kajal from nykaa.. by read the reviews.. when I used this kajal .. I don’t like this .. not smudged free .. not one strock is enough…. When i applied in my eyes after some time my eyes have black under the eye…. Not stay for two hours hardly

I have very oily lids and I was shocked to see how it didnt crease at all...even high end products tend to transfer but not this...hats off to this master piece of maybelline 👍

I really really like this brown kohl/liner mainly because it glides really smoothly and two, I don’t have to worry about sharpening it. I have used a brown kohl before that didn’t come with a sharpener and it gave me rashes under my eye, also made my eye watery. This one doesn’t do any of that. So you can easily trust this.

Love that.. However the product quantity is little low as m kajal nd eye liner lover i apply on daily basis so on 50% discount still its costlier for me however when i applied it i forgot about the price. Guys bring it without a second thought. I can assure u will not regret. Thanks nykaa for the sale, m gonna buy other shades as well. I have charcoal, the green one and the brown one. Both of them dried up in a month(such a waste of money). Don’t get any colour except brown, as it is the only one that you don’t have to sharpen and doesn’t dry up too early! The picture I’ve attached is after washing my hands. It is 100% waterproof!

I am not a fan of make up products that need to be sharpened, however, this one looked promising. And the colour Amethyst is 💜. I got it from retail and paid the full price. Given its soft nature, it kept breaking. I wasted more product than I could use. Have to be very careful around sharpening it. For better pigmentation, it’s better when applied over a base. But all in all, I was disappointed.

Everything about the liner itself is good. But what kind of a pencil comes in a form that cannot be sharpened? I have to use an earbud to push the pencil nib out. Not buying this again, Maybelline.

This is one of the best brown eye pen I have come across. Its perfect for them who doesnt like the typical Black kajal. okay now i use maybelline products on daily basis so i ordered this deep teal with very high expectations but it is nothing like other products, it causes too much irritation to eyes after application, causes tearing of eyes, it doesnt look like teal at all it looks same as black no difference plus its so weird with sharpening the body as it is of plastic! Overall its a worst product for me definitely not worth of 500/- do not waste your money on this, go for other colored liners

I do not recommend this product. It has chunky gliter particles. Also when I applied on the water line.It gave me servere burning sensation and sort of allergic reaction. PS : colour is so beautiful, breaks my heart that it didnt suit me.

May be its my fault that i did not do my own research before buying this one! Terrible technology for making a retractable eyepencil. What no one tells you about this one is that the mechanism is awful and very difficult to apply! Not to mention that the eyeliner is not at all smudge proof! Bad purchase! 😒😞

Its very good if you dont smudge it or try to create a smudged look but if you smuge a litte bit it has no lasting power it gets off in less than an hour.

I wanted to try bronwn kajal for so long, finlly i got hands on this and this is pretty good because I got bored with the usual black coated eyes. This shade is nice and worthy to try.

kajal n liner part is really good...but what to do once the top product is finished....there are no shapners given or provided with this product, when we use our sharpners it doesnt give proper shape on the tip, good product bt bcoz there is no sharpner its just 3-4 times use sought of product...which makes it extremely expensive

Its a good enough kajal/eyeliner. Yes, it can be worn as both. The colour is very dark. It glides on smoothly and stays almost all day. Although, I sweat a lot in summers, so waiting to see how good it works then. One major drawback is that its not retractable, so a good amount of product will go to waste while sharpening. My personal opinion is that all such kajals and eyeliners which are in pencil form should be retractable. However, this is a good purchase overall.

Good when you first apply it. But it doesn’t comes off even with a good makeup remover. Those sparkling little particles gets stuck around your eyes & it’s very annoying because it doesn’t goes completely for atleast 2 days.

First of all its a very different color. A really good one as a substitute of normal boring blacks. Not so vibrant that cant be worn during day time.Smudge free even if i accidently rubbed my eyes.

It is a beautiful product from Maybelline but the only issue is it broke too quickly when sharpened.Also it seems to be quite creamy but has a dry formula.Overall it is an okay-ish product.

It is very pigmented and deep teal is a beautiful shade, no denying. But Ive tried to use it on my eyelids 2-3 times and it broke each time , may be the product has dreid up but the expiry date is nowhere near. Not at all satisfied and completely disappointed because thr color is so pretty.

I got this eyeliner pencil. It is a costly deal & in this systematic era the pencil needs a sharpener to sharpen its tip for use. The gel thing is fake as the eye liner is super dried up nd while i tried to use it the tip broke, after sharpening the eyeliner i tried using it & again its tip broke. What a waste of money.

The tip is very much prone to breakage and it does not glide smoothly. The shade is almost black, almost doesnt feel like blue.

The tip just breaks on the very first attempts. I had ordered 2 pencils and it happened with both of the pencils. The application is not that smooth. The texture is quite thick so last for quite a good time. But you will not get that liner finish using this pencils. Also, after trying it, I feel its very overpriced.

This eyeliner stays long on the skin, on trying to smudge it , it stayed on the skin also this is water proof. The photos include swtach, after smudging and after rubbing with water. You can create a winged liner look with it and tightline you eyelid for a natural make-up look.

I have never tried any other shade than black but this shade of Maybelline has changed my mind and the product is also worth buying and the liner can be used as both kajal and liner way

Quantity is very less for this price...you can try other brands like Colorbar or Lakme. Pigmentation is ok ok. Not for waterline as gets smudged and irritates eye.

Not what it claims, the colour is not that bright purple infact its lil dull thus it wont b much visibl on wheatish or wheatish fair skintone n not at all on dark skin tone.....its sumudges very easily n quickly...it kinda spreads around your eyes....had high expectations but disappointed....ok for basic use thats it nothing grt.

So I have tried kay blue eyeliner and Blue heaven blue kajal and which gives a distinct blue color. Maybelline this shade is just almost black so maybe should have gone for teal.

The packaging is luxurious, product looks good however the quality is terrible. I ordered one inspite of numerous negative reviews online and I can confirm they’re valid. The tip of the pencil broke as soon as i tried to swatch it. It is really brittle and you get way little product for the price. Will not repurchase or recommend.

The tip broke off on the first use. The pigmentation is good but doesnt last for 36hrs as promised. It stays for 4 to 5 hrs at max.

I ordered the teal colour, looked super cute, doesn’t smudge unless you rub the eyes, lasts long, can be used as a liner as well as kajal and is long lasting. However, it’s a pencil with thick plastic coating making it extremely tough to sharpen which means a lot of the soft colour is actually wasted just because it keeps breaking. I wish they had priced it slightly higher only to give a sharpener suitable to peel this pencil or have a premium of the same with a roll on. Also the best way to remove this with baby oil. Most of the cleansing milks or eye make up removers won’t help in removing it.

Friends this is a smooth textured product, glides instantly. To create a shape you have stretch a bit. I have been using this one for months and in love with it. It last long day and suitable for oily lids doesn’t transfer. Recommend this product for someone who’s want an usual color which is not too bright but a different one

I will not say its waterproof because i always had to rub cotton pad to remove thia liner. I am in the shade dark brown. These liners are very smooth and pigmented. In a nutshell, if you are a fan of dry eyeliners this is the one you should own.

Its a normal brown eye pencil. Not too pigmented or dark. Gives normal colour to your eye. If used on outer eye lid then stays on for good long hours. But if used on water line then wears off in double of hours. But doesnt collect on inner corner of the eye. Doesnt give pigmentation in one stroke have to use couple of strokes whether on outer lid or on water line. Its not either waterproof or smudge proof. Its good for daily use as doesnt give an intense look. Its very nice if want to create a smudge eye effect.

Although the color is extremely beautiful, thr formula is very dry and tugs at the eyelids while applying. For a smoother finish, youd have to stretch the lids a bit and i do not prefer doing so as the skin is very thin there and prone to early wrinkles. Moreover, if you try to adjust the finish, it tugs at the already applied products and removes it leaving it patchy. The previous formulation was very creamy and long-lasting this one, not so much.

Thus color is a very nice alternative of black kajal.very nice smooth finiss.
