I’m a NC42 and this shade compliments my skin so well. Almost like a MLBB shade. It’s pretty smooth, super light and comfy. I apply gloss over it after filling up my lips with this pencil and it looks gorgeous😍

I love this lip liner! I mostly use it to outline my red liquid lipsticks but I use it as a lipstick too when I know I wont have time for touch ups. Its works too well. My only gripe would be that I had to get a sharperner along with it and sharpening it wastes a lot of this great product. If it would have been a twisty one, it would have been 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lip liners has better matte formula than the lip crayon. It just erase without a micellar water or external agent. I loved the color. However, a lip balm would be required before the application as it can get a little difficult if your lips are chapped.

I like this product for multiple reasons. The color sensational is so subtle and compact. It adds to the skin well. Also the texture is amazing. I have dry lips and this product have both mosturising effect and a matte finish. So I loved this!

Smooth & very creamy textured lip pencil. You can fill ur lips with this too as it glides very nicely. Stays on for a good 5-6 hours. I used this for all my nude shades like Kay crayon lip pie papp-ed, Nyx slmc Budapest, rome & leon. Goes well with Lakmé liquid matte shade nude umbrella. I paired it with miss Claire’s shade 58, Nykaa’s shade madras kappi… I mean u guys get the drift right!! It’s so versatile! Just get one already! Btw- Kay’s Hype is similar to Nykaa’s lip liner feisty brunette (at least on my lips, my lips are naturally very pink).

I had been on a hunt for a deep brown nude lip liner for myself (for shade reference I use Maybelline Fit me 335 so that is NC 45-46) and I finally got this shade and it looks stunning. It is so smooth and buttery and pigmented. It is not waxy in texture and instead it feels a lot like lip crayons which I love as it works without having to apply a lot of pressure. Would recommend!

Ive read lots of mix reviews about kay beauty I absolutely love this lip liner. though I feel like this is expensive and youre not getting a sharpner with it. I wish it would be a twist up lipliner. the colour is really nice and will suit all complexions. its a complete Matte which I love. but I can suggest you dont mix it up with other lipstick not with the crayon as well. if you first apply the liner then apply the crayon on your whole lips then it will start crumble up after some time. its a lipliner but I use it as lipstick

I own the shade papped from kay beauty. so i mix both high impact lip liner and papped lip crayon shade. This has now become my go to lip color which is kind of pinky brown nude which i am loving already.

1. The color is not as DARK brown as i thought it would be 2. Size of the pencil is very small for the amount we are paying 3. Glides smoothly , has a matte finish 4. I used pac lip liner they also have a similar feel and is cheaper than this (around 395) + also comes in a zip pouch and the pencil is also longer 5. Will i buy it again - No , go for PAC lip liner 6. Youtubers start making hype of anything new that comes . It is a good lip liner but not anything exceptionally great.

It is really long-lasting. The best from KAY beauty. I love the consistency and the colour. It really looks good on my light to medium skin and is not overpowering like other brown nude colours. Hype shade goes in with all of my brown and nude lipsticks. It may not look good with red and purple lipsticks. My only complain is the price it is a bit expensive compare to its quantity.

I only wish they didn’t use so much box for packaging. I mean a small box also would do!

Its a beautiful nude pink and mauve mixed shade. It is very light but i feel very little dryness on my lips. It will be prefect for dark colored skin. The only drawback is that they dont provide a sharpner.

I got the shade “Hype” On Shreya Jain’s recommendation, she swears by this formulation and it is true! This formulation is so lovely! I was expecting it to be a cool toned nude but it is much warm, and it is supposed to be a dupe of Smashbox’s Stepping out according to Shweta Vijay but it apparently looks different on my skin tone, I have shade stepping out from Smashbox and I swatched them side by side! Nevertheless I like the formulation the colour looks good on me! Will be buying more!

Had heard about the Kay Beauty line of products but decided to try them out when a friend spoke highly about them. I purchased the lip liners in the shades - Fame, Vanity, Unleash, Applause & Im A Fan! (As seen in my image from top to bottom). They look different on the packs. So for ease of reference listing them below. Im an NC 42 in MAC (if that helps). They do glide on well and are matte if not used with a lip balm and they give that non-drying feeling on the lips. Fame - Brown Vanity - Pink Unleash - Nude pink Applause - Maroon Im A Fan - cherry red Ive purchased these during the Pink Sale, so got them at an amazing deal.

Kay Beauty Lip Liners have been a delight to use. It glides well, has a matte effect and does not move at all once applied, no smudging at all. High Impact is thsi lovely raisin shade, a deep plum shade with some reddish undertones. I use it with my pinks, mauves and reds. Its a nice handy liner that pops your nudes or blends well with the deeper shades.

It is a beautiful shade n fits right with the shade Countdown Kay beauty lipstick. U can also apply it as a lipstick over a lip gloss to have a lighter n glossy look but I wouldn’t suggest applying it as lipstick without a lipgloss because as it is just a lip pencil it doesn’t give that finish which a lipstick does so u will not be satisfied. But as a lipliner it is smooth n awesome. Loved it!

Vanity is such a beautiful shade from the range. The formula is absolutely adorable. Its creamy and glides on lip so well. Its kiss proof. Definitely its long lasting (upto 7 to 8 hours). The matte formula doesnt make your lips feel dry. I highly recommend this shade. It will be flattered every skin tone.

I just bought this liner because i wanted to try it out as it was a new launch, what amazed me was how smoothly it glides on, I cant really comment on its staying power because I dont wear makeup for long durations so I dont know about that. This is a spot on dupe for velvet teddy by mac and it goes beautiful with fair to light skin tones. I use this liner and velvet teddy on it, this makes the lipstick stay for a long time.

Its doesnt suit a dusky skin tone but good matte finish and long-lasting.

Liner is long-lasting. Need to use lip balm as it dries after 4-5 hours. Color is very similar to MAC Mehr.

Dance off is a very deep pink/mauve color. It is so highly pigmented and almost sits like a lipstick. Love love love!

It glides softly. I have never experienced creamy lip liner than this. Its expensive but worth it.

OMG! This lip pencil is gorgeous, and should look good on all skin shades. Only problem is it doesn’t come with a sharpener, hence the one star less. Otherwise, the product by itself is really nice.
