This shampoo works so nicely, lathers up good and I personally love how my hair smell afterwards. Gives a nice cooling effect on the scalp.

The smell is great, but It made my scalp itchy and my dandruff relapsed with the first us eof this shampoo .. my hair quality became frizzy and wirey.. did not suit at all.

Ive been using the 400ml size for the past year. If you have oily scalp, or you tend to oily your hair quite heavily; then this is for you. This is NOT for dry scalp. Doesnt leave residue, takes of oil, grime in one wash. Love the fragrance.

I just wanted to change my shampoo. So I tried to test this brand namely Herbal Essences. Although I had aloe varient on my mind, but just going through the review on the Mint and strawberry variant, I decided to order this one. Having oily scalp that needs frequent washing, getting a shampoo that cleanses well is such a task. Ive tried almost every shampoo for oily scalp but nothing really did any wonders in keeping the hair fresh for a day or two. This one cleansed my scalp pretty well and has that subtle fresh smell. Apply a nourishing conditioner after shampooing to the ends. Youll get good volume and clean scalp. Oily scalp girls, Go for it! 😎

I was earlier using the argan shampoo but switched to this as summer leads to oily scalp. Latters mild and has a sweet fragrance. If used precisely for short hair, it lasts me 2 months. Definitely going to repurchase again once i empty my bottle.

My mother had ordered the large bottle.. I used it for a few washes and realized that my hair had lost its shine and softness... my silk hair have now become frizzy and dry. It also does a very poor job at keeping a healthy scalp.. i have to wash my hair everyday otherwise they become greasy. You should rather go for Tresseme, or Loreal. They atleast dont damage the hair.

My hair is straight and silky so I usually dont have to use conditioner. However, using this shampoo leaves my hair rough if used without a conditioner. So if you have unruly hair, I would not recommend this shampoo to you.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner after watching Shrey Jain’s Video as she suggested its good. But the product is really average just like any other regular shampoos in the market. So you can avoid wasting money on this.

I have an oily scalp and dry hair. After reading the reviews i bought this to keep my scalp clean of oil as I have to wash my hair every alternate days. But this exactly didnt work for me as I expected. It makes my scalp clean and i can delay my hair wash for a day or so because of this but it makes my hair tips really dry. Even after using the conditioner, it feels very dry and all tangled up.

I really liked the fragrance of the shampoo But you need to wash your hair twice or more in order for it to clean your hair properly

This Shampoo is good for cleaning your scalp. If you have itchiness, dandruff then you should go for it. And it sure give volume to my hair. But it also makes them a little dry and frizzy. You have to use conditioner with this product. As, I usually condition my hair alternatively. But overall its a good shampoo. You can also use it as a clarifying shampoo once evry two weeks.

Smells divine... but a bit drying for curly hair

Strong added fragrance irritated the scalp and hair I knew I was extremely allergic to added fragrances in skin care and make up products but I thought shampoos should be ok. Though this shampoo smelt heavenly it gave me a severe hair fall , acne like bumps on the scalp also making the hair dry and frizzy.

Love the fragrance. The amazing scent lasts with you for four days which is amazing. That’s the max period I tested it for, washed my hair on the fifth day. Now that we know it has awesome fragrance let’s talk about the product itself. Cleans nicely and I feel that the freshness and cleanliness lasts longer than usual somehow. I used it with Herbal Essence strawberry conditioner and my hair feel awesome. No side effects so far. It’s been 3 months of regular use.

I have an oily scalp and need to wash my hair very frequently. No matter what products I use my scalp is oily in no time and turns very irritating and itchy. This shampoo cleanses scalp really well without making it feel itchy or heavy. My scalp feels light and refreshed after using this shampoo and I can also see a bit of improvement in my hair texture as well. Gives a shine to my hair afterwash.

I have used the herbal essence Argan oil range which was good and to give a shot I tried the strawberry and mint range. This range is not good for people with dry hair! The shampoo makes hair more dry and dull and even the conditioner was not good enough to curb the dryness.

Im writing this review after 4 months of usage, im absolutely happy with the usage. This shampoo is great for thin or for those whose scalp gets greasy even after1/2 day of hairwash. It makes your scalp extremely clean and adds min 50% of volume compared to those other Dept or other budget friendly shampoo. The smell is bomb and dosent lingers for long period which is a + for those who are sensitive to any smells. My hair limps after 1.5 days of hairwash but post using this shampoo it has incredibly improved by 70% atleast. I have recommended to my bestfriend is she is too happy with the purchase. A small dolp goes a long way..... For those who have extreme dry scalp u can too use it but use it minimally bcoz this shampoo specifically clears your scalp cleanly w/o any residue. For oily and Combination scalp type this shampoo is a BOOOOONNNNN!!! I have only 1/4th of the shampoo left....... Its that amazing <3 <3 <3

Hey Guys.. Bought this product after a big research and most of them said it s a good one without harsh chemicals. But unfortunately this is not worked for me. Hairfall is moreee. If I use this shampoo, everywhere I can see my hair and makes my hair dry. Tried with oil and without oil but no luck. I wasted my money.

So i have been using this shampoo since more than year and its a beautiful shampoo . Cleans your scalp properly removes all the oil and dirt and has a very yummy fragrance which stays in your hairs for atleast 2 days. Quatity is also pretty good so you are sorted for atleast 5 months (depending on hair length and how frequently you wash ) i used to wash my hair once a week so it lasted me for 7 months. People with dry scalp stay away from this shampoo as it might dry out your hairs . It improved my hair quality .

It’s a clear shampoo. It gives soft, free flowing hair, I would recommend to use it with conditioner. It gives a nice volume and shine. It Has antioxidants which keeps your scalp healthy and well ph balanced.

I see a lot of reviews bashing the SLS in it. SLS wont harm you tbh. It just depends on the type of hair and scalp you have. I have oily scalp and shampoos with SLS has not caused me an issue so far. Also I dont use this everytime I shampoo. I alternate this in between Petal Fresh shampoo. The fragrance of this is tooo good. And I also like clear shampoos. So thats a plus for this as well.

I hve been using Herbal Essences since half a decade now. Nothing has suited my hair this well. Considering I have naturally straight thin fine silky hair. Using any other shampoo has either lead to hairfall or made my hair texture rough or left my hair frizzy. This particular range of shampoos simply leaves my hair in their natural form with causing slightest of the damage. Therefore, people who are looking forward to retain their natural hair texture & form, this shampoo is as natural & harmless as it claims to be.

This is definitely not the best shampoo out there but for the price & quantity it’s really nice.

Let me start by saying all my life I have looked for a product for my excessively oily scalp and my search for decades came to an end with this product! There are SOO many products out there for people with dry hair but for oily nada and this one shampoo has revolutionized my life. Thank you for creating it, with normal shampoos I had to wash my hair at least twice to get the oil out but with this one, even if I oil on it just takes one go. Add to that the awesome fragrance and the fact that my hair dont get oily for two days after using it - LOVE IT

One of my favourites! There are different variants available however since I have straight and silky hair I chose the voluminous version. Its got this mild fragrance which makes the hair smell amazing even after drying. It completely cleans the scalp and removes all the dirt and oiliness from the hair. Even after applying oil if you wash your hair with this shampoo the entire oil will be washed off making your hair shiny, soft and clean. Over all a Thumps 🆙 Will definitely buy it again.

This has become one of my favourite range of shampoos, conditioners and hair care. Most of the variants are good. This one is my particularly favourite one as I have extremely dry hair. The creaminess in the shampoo and conditioner is very nice, one can actually feel the moisture while massaging into the scalp. GO FOR IT SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DRY HAIR.

I am a huge fan of Herbal Essences Argan Oil Of Morocco...but tried this for the first time. Though I have dry scalp and dry hair it didnt worked well for me but my dad who is having oily Scalp found it really good...its soo refreshing and takes out all the extra oil and dirt from the hair. Also I would like to add it smells great..!!!! ??

I just received this today and of course I had to use it immediately! It smells soooo good and I love the combination of strawberry and mint, it made my hair super soft and luscious.

Seeing the brand name I thought it is of mostly natural ingredients but no. This shampoo has many chemicals and made my hair extremely dry and frizzy. Nykaa should display the entire ingredients list in the product description box .

I have been using this shampoo for past 2 years now, cleans your scalp without drying it, doesn’t leave your hair oily even after you’ve applied hair oil and have taken a hairwash !

I bought it after reading so many good reviews... idk why I thought it is SLS and Paraben free.... coz its not... my mistake, I misread... its just silicon free which make it very hard to apply coz it doesnt go smoothly on hair... very hard to remove oil from hair with this one and hair get dirty just in 2 days even in winter season... smells good... has thick gel like consistency... while applying you may fill tugging and hair may feel dry but after washing the oil is still there.... its a very weird shampoo

as peer feedbacks of product making the hair soft etc etc sorry I differ & moreover u do require a conditioner after shampooing as it does make the hair somewhat coarse to touch but for the price its fine neither too good nor too bad

I heard a lot about herbal essence hair range but nothimg like that. After 3-4 hours of shampooing and conditioning, the scalp starts to itch..! It seems as if we haven’t shampooed at all.! My hair even started thinning once I started using this.! Don’t buy this at all.!

I have oily scalp and my hair becomes very oily within 2/3 days after sampooing. Bought this after seeing so many good reviews. Hoped that it would cleanse and keep hair oil-free. It does that truly but makes hair extremely dry and rough. Even using a good conditioner after this shampoo is not enough to make my hair soft. If I oil my hair, then only I use this shampoo for the first wash because it removes oil in one wash and I dont want to waste it. This is a high end product and definitely not worth the price. I am never gonna buy this again. But I will try their blue variant sometime.

Honestly this isnt my daily shampoo, its one I use once in 2 weeks. It lathers a LOT. I only used a coin sized amount for my almost knee length hair. Thats because its high in sulfates. My hair felt so dry while washing the shampoo out but it was surprisingly easy to detangle and was super silky after conditioning. Fragrance is a little too much for my liking but all in all, a good product. Just wouldnt recommend using more than once a week as it can be stripping if overused.

Just go for it.. does give a little volume, removes the residue and clenses scalp really well, bonus part-ur hair smells amazing and fresh. Has a sweet fresh scent which is perfect and no overpowering.

It cleans up your hair well, if its really oily. But without oil, you cannot use this as its very drying. It caused hairfall for my mother and brother i use it occationally. I regret buying two bottles!!!!! Worst shampoo of my life.

While using the shampoo, it leaves your hair a bit dry but after giving them a blow dry, one won’t resist from touching their hair again and again.

So first of all it smells like strawberry but after washing hair with it the smell doesnt stays by the end of the day its gone which doesnt happened ever with any other shampoos I have used before . Nive shampoo but not sulphate free...

I bought it after listening to so many bloggers raving about it but this shampoo doesn’t do much though it dint make my hair frizzy but there’s nothing great about it.. Even its fragrance vanishes within 2 3 hours ,which bloggers say the fragrance will be intact till the next wash which is an absolute lie!!!

My hair texture is straight. I have fine, coloured hair. And a very oily scalp. From the time I have started using this shampoo, my hair got seriously damaged. My scalp has become prone to dandruff. Which basically means the shampoo is good at overly stripping your hair of its natural oil.

Though this product smells nice, it doesnt actually make much of a difference to your hair. I have been using this for more than a month. After washing hair , it becomes dry and sticky but after drying it becines soft. This should be available in small sizes. Shouldnt have bought this for 450/- at a time. I have really thin hair and I always look for products that can give my hair volume and this shampoo really does give volume and life to your hair. I had really not expected such great results and at this price. I have used high end brands shampoos lik aveda and kerastese and I can say this herbal essence shampoo is nothing less in comparison. I am in absolute awe of this shampoo here. The fragrance is absolute amazing, if you like something minty then this is the one for you. It is so cooling and absolutely does the job.

Loved the product, as over time, it helped my curly hair frizz and made it soft and manageable after all the past damage. But the only catch is that, it has to be used with the conditioner. And it works miracles!

This shampoo has reduced my hairfall...I was usuing wow onion shampoo which didnit suit me at all...it resulted huge hairfall..I had stopped using it midway and started using this shampoo...I am happy with the result..it gives shine and bounce.The only problem with this shampoo is it makes your hair dry...you need to use a lot of conditioner or serum to make you hair managable...

Another lovely shampoo from the house of Herbal Essences. Previously Id used the nourishing Argan oil shampoo but as my scalp is oily, it didnt suit very well. I got the perfect solution in this strawberry and mint shampoo. This one is ideal if you have oily scalp or hair, added advantage is the smell is heavenly.

I purchase this shampoo around 6 months back, and I just loved this shampoo. It smells like strawberry. The consistency is thick. Very little amount of shampoo is required for squeaky clean hair. I am about to finish this shampoo, so I have ordered another one of other variant i.e. whipped cocoa butter. Hope this also works well for me.

I absolutely love this shampoo by herbal essences. It smells amazing and lathers so well. I had extreme hair fall due to stress and nothing worked but this has reduced my extreme hair fall. I plan on purchasing it again and even trying the other shampoos by the brand. Some reviews may claim it doesnt work but it did work for me. I can say this because I have used it for almost a month and even my mother noticed the change in my hair fall.

I have extremely oily scalp and very fine and naturally straight hair. So I used this for volumizing my hair. It does make my hair look more in volume. But when I comb my hair it leads to a lot of hair fall. I think maybe it makes the hair too dry and causes breakage. Also, I have smooth hair naturally. But when I wash my hair after using this shampoo, my hair feels a little rough to touch. So maybe I will use it occasionally only when I need to go to a party but definitely not for regular use for me. PS: I dont need any conditioner usually. So I used only the shampoo and not the conditioner.

I used to be a herbal essences loyalist since 2009. So i bought this regardless of the mixed reviews (mostly negative). Im being generous even with this one star. Its shocking how far the quality of this brand has dropped because this bottle this just garbage! My hair has got so dry that i needed a hair spa just to fix some of the damage done. Its like using a strawberry scented laundry detergent on your hair. I dont have a return option for this product but Im reluctant to even use this as a foot soak. Ill probably wash my car with it.

I have like the huge length of hair and voluminous too. it’s a task really to wash my hair and take care of it without damaging it. This product just does that. On busy days when I don’t find time to oil and nourish my hair, I use this shampoo and I am good for 3-4 days.

I had a very disappointing experience with the 2 shampoos of Herbal Essences. I have very fine hair. Although I have very oily hair and scalp its the mode of cleansing is horrifying. I use to lose more than 50 strands of hair only in 1 wash, afterwards, the story is on the uglier side too. My hair fall increased and hair became more dry, frizzy and tangled one!!!! This is my personal experience and only sharing my story!!! Think before your purchase.

Does literally what it says. Your scalp will feel neat and clean. Smells nice, not overpowering. The fragrance lingers for around two days. Not a 5-star product because I think that it shouldnt have sulfates if the company literally is Herbal essences. Moreover, not a lot of herbal ingredients are actually in there. The reason I bought it because it said herbal and the flavors (Strawberry and Sweet Mint) were kinda impressive. While using this shampoo, the smell is divine, it cleans the hair as it claims but it dries my hair off. Generally, I dont condition my hair after every wash since I oil it. I, now have to condition it because it feels dry and rough. Second, the products states its free of sulfate and silicones, but if you check the ingredients youll see it has too many unknown ingredients. Also, it does not state whether or not its cruelty-free. Buy it if you want clean and sweet smelling hair. Also, it gives a slight bounce to my hair.

I have really dry colour treated green hair and I bought this in the hope since it says moisture, that it’ll help smoothen the frizz out. But I was aghast to see that it contains SLS because they have been advertising it as chemical free. My scalp is a mess - it also made my hair colour bleed, so it faded away faster than expected, just in a matter of 7-8 washes. Please avoid.!

I was so excited when this first came out as I used the curly version in my childhood. Used this variant for a month now and honestly, the first 2-3 washes were great. it made my scalp squeaky clean, my hair super shiny and the smell good enough to eat. But horrors! there are A LOT of harmful chemicals present in them including SLS and after the first few washes, my scalp turned into a NIGHTMARE. The amount of dandruff and hairfall I experienced with this was terrifying. And to top it off I paid a pricey amount for this.

Ive been using this brand while I was staying overseas, and Im happy that it finally got launched here. Although I am aware that there are plenty more under this brand that hasnt been launched here yet, I settled for this because I was looking for something that will help in volumizing my hair. What attracted me first was the sweet smell, sort of like candy. It is clear inconsistency and lathers up a lot. For all those sensitive scalps this shampoo is a big no because it contains SLS as its an ingredient

the Color is transparent of this shampoo . very mild and gentel for your head . smell is divine . must buy

I was so hyped up to buy this shampoo. Turned out to be a waste of money. It didnt even take the oil from my scalp after washing. Would not recommend it.

I have used it just twice but I cant stop myself from using it...it is a clear natural shampoo made up of natural and not harmful chemicals...go for it!!
