The shampoo made my hair rough from the ends as my hair is colour treated and made it very frizzy leaving it dry. I would not recommend this to people who have colour treated hair. Also had very terrible hairfall. People who already have hairfall issue not recommend. Although it made my crown area hair soft.

I had high expectations for this product but I am just disappointed. This shampoo leaves my hair really really frizzy and the shampoo is nowhere near chemical free. It has literally all the chemical and then some more. The only good thing about this shampoo is its smell, which is just average shampoo smell nothing special.

Got it for 360 during Hot Pink sale recently. It really makes my hair soft and smooth and easier to comb. The smell lingers in your hair for 2 days, so good and sweet smell. Im not sure though if it will improve hairfall because Ive not seen any difference yet after 2 weeks. Will give an more update later on.

I used Dove shampoo before this which did make my hair soft but I had tremendous hairfall. I was looking for a new shampoo when this one caught my eye. I used both the shampoo and conditioner, during the first few hair was my hairfall had stopped completely but at the end my hair used to become hard and rough but the hairfall completed stopped. I would not opt this for the second time but I like the brand so I will definitely explore other shampoos of this brand!

I have used multiple variants of Herbal Essence Shampoos and had seen good results. The coconut milk variant I used immediately before purchasing this one was pretty good. Hence, decided to try this one based on the description. My hair type is thin strands, oily at the roots and frizzy towards the end. This shampoo and conditioner made my hair more frizzy, curly and increased hair fall. Now I am stuck with an expensive big bottle of shampoo and conditioner which does more damage than good. At least they should consider having a smaller size bottle. So, we could do trial and error to find the right one without burning a hole in the pocket.

I bought this shampoo last year. First of all this shampoo is paraben free, creulty free but it does contain SLS. But it worked miraculously for me. Hairfall almost stopped. I am using my 2nd bottle. It contain 400ml of product so it really needs a long time to finish.

I am highly disappointed with this product. I used this shampoo and condition for hardly 4-5 times. This gave me massive hair fall and literally I have started getting clumps of hair in my hair.

However, my only con with this shampoo is it doesnt magically stop hair fall as it claims. While it does prevent further hair fall and prevents hair breakage and in this way is better than other shampoos but in no way, it would make your hair grow or stop your hair fall at once. But then its very rare to find a shampoo that can stop hair fall altogether. There are only shampoos that cause more or shampoos that cause less hair fall. For hair fall issue, I have found, serums, lotions, and oils are the best solution as they tend to stay on your scalp for longer to work their magic. So if youre looking for a shampoo that prevents hair fall due to breakage and dryness or one that causes lesser hair fall, go for this one!

I have got my hair colored recently, so this shampoo is a must have as it was recommended by my hairstylist. It contains No parabens and had a very good fragrance of cocoa butter. I am using it along with her cocoa butter conditioner.

I got this shampoo as soon as it launched and have been using it for almost 2weeks. The best part about this shampoo is its free of all the harmful elements like paraben, colorant, etc. If you love the smell of cocoa butter then go for this flavor.

This is just so good smell wise and I am in love with this shampoo the moment I started using it. Sometimes its felt like this product is created for chocolate lover only like me as the smell is not too strong that you cant stand by and apparently that fragrance leaves you in spa session. To double its effect just combine it with conditioner.

The shampoo that does no harm to even colour treated hair because it has got no colourants or gluten, unlike others. So you can actually use it every day as well if needed. I use it twice a week. And I wont be switching from this shampoo I feel.

It works great on my treated hair. Gives a shiny and bouncy look. My hair feels so soft and frizz free after the wash. Also, it has no paraben and chemicals. I totally love it and I would recommend it to all.

I tried this brand and this cocoa butter range for the first time. This shampoo is perfect for dry hairs. It will not make hairs dry after wash. It cleanses the hairs while providing little hydration to them. Smell so good. Glad I tried this and looking forward to trying more from them. Worth the price.

This will really do good for normal hair. But for extremely dry hair this may be a little drying but can be sorted out with a serum. It gives a good volume to the hair.

They state its herbal and natural. But the ingredients in the bottle are mostly chemical, which is present in ever another shampoo. Not happy
